1. Refunds and Returns
At Totes’ a Thing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
3. Initiation of Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at ashlejoy.saunders@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Totes’ a Thing is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
